Meet Erin

Welcome to Healthy Habits by Erin! I'm a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. 

I became a health coach because I want to help people feel better in their bodies and take control of their health in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.  Over the last decade, I've become more passionate about understanding what's actually in our food...and how ingredients that are often overlooked can impact our energy, mood, and overall well-being. 

 

I'm here to help you create simple, sustainable habits that support whole body health...from eating clean, nutritious food to movement/exercise, sleep quality and stress management. 

 

I truly believe that small, consistent lifestyle changes lead to positive, lasting results!​
